As of January 2022: In order to provide a safe environment, Carmel Flow Pilates asks the following requirements from all clients:
- to be fully vaccinated
- to wear a well fitting surgical quality mask like a N95 or KN95 at all times while in the studio or participating in group classes
- to cancel an appointment if experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have had a possible exposure to COVID-19
