“I met with Alejandra for a second set of personal trainings in September, this time to work on my feet.  I had suffered some neurological damage to my toes as the result of a back injury many years ago, and now have numbness, lack of flexibility, and balance problems.

As in classes and other trainings I’ve done with Alejandra, I found her very customer-focused, committed to my physical improvement, and creative in finding ways to help me incorporate exercises and practices into my daily life.  Alejandra explained her recommendations clearly, explained why and how they would help address my problems, and gently offered corrections when I was not reproducing them precisely.  She has also offered to answer any follow-up questions now that this series of training is complete.  I plan to follow her regimen for several weeks, and then schedule another session to make sure I am still on track.
