  1. Props: Chair and 2lb to 3 lb. free weights And shoes!!
      • (This class will challenge your cardiovascular system. If hoping or jogging is not ideal for you, keep your feet down close to the floor and avoid all the hops and jumps. However, keep moving your arms for the cardio challenge component)

    • 1lb to 2lb weights (16oz water bottles or cans work fine)
    • Sit fit disk or throw pillow
